I’m back from my little adventure to Phoenix, Arizona to watch my college kid play some hockey! I haven’t spent that much time in Arizona, aside from a few road trips and a visit to the Grand Canyon and a trip to beautiful Sedona.
I did a lot in Phoenix - visited the modern art museum in Scottsdale, woke up early to get to the botanical gardens, I saw two musicals, watched lots of hockey, checked out a few bookstores and got to know some local wildlife!
In preparation, for last week’s trip, I thought I’d visit some books that take place in Arizona as I really enjoy books that have a strong sense of place.
