I hope that everyone who celebrates enjoyed a wonderful Christmas! Ours was filled with good cheer, great food and fantastic family and friends. The kids no longer scramble into our bedroom at the break of dawn in holiday onesies, but it’s still fun to watch them open their presents. And I don’t mind sleeping in once in a while.

I made a Dutch baby. I should make them more often because they’re so easy to make. This recipe (it may be paywalled, but just search for “Dutch baby” and you will find a million) was extra fun because I threw all the ingredients in a mason jar, shook it up and then poured it in the pan. The kids loved it! Low effort, high yield.
