Author Event + Read Along Etiquette

I had a great night out thanks to Riverhead Books! The reason? Miranda July’s forthcoming novel All Fours out May 14th.

The event was held at a speakeasy in the basement of the Wayfarer Hotel downtown. The author, Michelle Tea, interviewed Miranda July in this really fun space.

Everyone went home with home with an advanced review copy that I am so looking forward to reading!

Did anyone read / like The First Bad Man? I know that people are divided on that book. I liked it!

I also loved her short fiction collection, No One Belongs Here More Than You.

I loved the space!

And there was a huge scrabble game mounted on the wall.

It was a fun night out with my sister!
